Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping 

We use USPS Priority Shipping which takes 2-3 days. Shipping may vary depending on the state. Once order is processed and payment is received we will send you a tracking number.

We do not sell nor ship to the following states: South Dakota. Nebraska. Kansas. West Virginia

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days of unopened items and will process a refund to original form of payment not including shipment fee. Please send an email to info@noirebud.com with order number, reason for return, and we will email you a return label. 

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email an image to info@noirebud.com within 72 hours and we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra charge.
